Oleg began his career as a Loan Officer in 2005. He is currently a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer on The Tkach Lending Group at NFM Lending in Lynnwood, WA. Oleg is also a Business Development Coach at The Core Training, where he coaches some of the top mortgage lenders and realtors in the country.

Oleg is highly sought after for good reason. His team is skilled at structuring all types of loans including residential, conventional, investment, FHA, VA, and USDA. His trusted relationships with realtors, investors, clients, and colleagues are rooted in his deep expertise with mortgages. Oleg’s team is dedicated to streamlining the loan process in order to shorten the time from loan application to closing without sacrificing service or quality.

Ari started in the mortgage business back in 2001. Over the course of his career, he has held many positions in the industry, which has given him a very broad and diverse understanding of the mortgage business and process.

His team's goal is to make each client a "Raving Fan," one who will not only refer them but who will "rave" about them. Ari has been ranked in the top 1% in the country for the last several years. For the past 3 years, Ari has been actively coached by the top mortgage and real estate coaching company in the country, The Core.

I have been married for over 14 years and have five wonderful kids. With ages ranging from 13 to 1 and a half, we have our hands full. I am an avid golfer and a board member of my local synagogue.
